Jack Jones to Replace Steve Leckerman as EVP-COO of NCO Group

NCO Group, Inc., a global provider of business process outsourcing services, announced today that Steve Leckerman, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), will be leaving the company by October 31, 2011 to pursue other opportunities. Leckerman joined NCO in 1995 and was named COO in 2007.

Jack Jones, a former executive with JPMorgan Chase, will assume the role of Executive Vice President and COO effective immediately.
