Canadian BPO firm Bill Gosling expanded operations to Trinidad & Tobago with a contact center in the capital city of Port of Spain.
The Ontario-based company says it will start off with 100 workers and increase the headcount to 300 over the next nine months.
“The people of Trinidad & Tobago made this an easy decision together with the support from InvesTT,” stated Kenny Johnston, President of Bill Gosling Outsourcing. “This expansion provides another critical option to our Client’s needs.”
Bill Gosling provides multilingual customer care services, in addition to training and content solutions, workforce management services, along with sales and acquisition services.
This is Bill Gosling’s third nearshore delivery center, with the other two located in Costa Rica. The BPO runs call centers in the US, UK and the Philippines as well.
Although it was founded in 1955, Bill Gosling employs less than 3,000 people. It grew into an international operator only in 2015, when it bought Alliance iCommunications.
It has been expanding in Latin America since 2020, when a Texas-based equity investor, Owner Resource Group, purchased a controlling stake in the BPO.
