Located in the Shangri-La Hotel, this restaurant is a chic spot serving Asian spins on contemporary Canadian cuisine, including seafood.
The restaurant offers lunch, brunch and dinner menus, and has one of the best wild Pacific salmons I’ve ever tasted, as well as a delicious Alaskan Sablefish — the perfect accompaniment to the mouthwatering topics covered in our conference.
