The Nearshore Americas team is pleased to announce that Dan Rubinetti, who played a vital role in positioning and growing Next Coast Media’s marketing services from initial launch in 2009, is returning to our group as Vice President of Business and Network Development.
“Dan offers our team tremendous leadership in terms of positioning our brands and demonstrating to the marketplace how influential Nearshore Americas has become in the minds of business leaders seeking to invest in the Americas,” said Kirk Laughlin, Managing Director of Nearshore Americas.
Rubinetti will be closely involved with the planning and execution of FutureSource Summit, launching as the first-ever executive level conference examining the extraordinary expansion of Mexico’s IT and software services marketplace. FutureSource – emerging from newly founded FutureSource Group – takes place Nov. 6-7 at the Four Seasons Mexico City and will offer ground-breaking opportunity to build cross-border networking and engagement between CIOs, senior sourcing decision makers and other key stakeholders from both the United States and Mexico. (Registration will open in the middle of July.)
Another key venture Dan will be undertaking is expansion of “network services”, guiding US buy-side executives in their pursuit of reliable, industry-leading partners across the region, as they seek to gain information related to investment in software product development, trade parks, shared services centers, data center expansion and other ventures.
“Without question, US investors are seeking trustworthy and economical ways to investigate and vet the quality of outsourced partners, as well as individual countries in the region. Dan’s role is to help bridge that awareness gap, and provide meaningful value to both sides of the investment transaction,” said Laughlin.
Dan will also lead ongoing marketing and lead-generation programs revolving around Nearshore Nexus (scheduled for late April, 2015); content development services; trade missions; lead nurturing and other demand generation activities.
Dan is based outside of New York City, and can be reached at: Dan@nextcoastmedia.com
