Faces in the Crowd – Bruce Dawson

Based in Centennial, Colorado, Bruce Dawson is Chief Sales and Client Services Officer at Ibex Global, where he is responsible for new client acquisition and embedded base customers.
Bruce joined Ibex in August, after a two and a half year stint at rival BPO firm Atento, where he served on the Executive Committee covering the US, as well as the nearshore countries of Puerto Rico, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
Bruce has also served at Sitel, Stream Global Services, Envysion, and TeleTech Holdings Inc. in various commercial, sales, marketing and account-based roles.
