Faces in The Crowd – Cinthia Varela

Cinthia Varela is Assistant Vice President of Operations at Genpact in Juarez City, Mexico. She is responsible for effectively delivering services to clients in American countries from Genpact’s Guatemala and Mexico sites.
Cinthia feels rewarded and motivated by the diversity and globalization she experiences within the company, citing the turnaround of Genpact’s Brazilian operations as her proudest achievement so far. “After that, I moved to Bogota, Colombia as the leader for a leading skin care company account that served 16 Latin American countries,” she explained.
In the near future, Cinthia wants to learn more about lean digital processes and expand her role to work with the European market.
