Frank Esparza is part owner of Call Center Services International, a nearshore bilingual contact center provider in Baja California, Mexico, and San Diego, California, where his focus is on sales and marketing.
Frank also worked with Steton Technology Group as Director of Business Development, where he developed the sales strategies and marketing campaigns that landed clients such as Dunkin Brands, Applebee’s Restaurants, Cracker Barrel, and Texas Roadhouse.
Frank holds a Bachelors degree in Business and Marketing and a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from Pace University in White Plains, New York. He has also held volunteer leadership positions with The Boy Scouts of America and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
