Based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, Kymberlaine Banks has been Social Media Manager at contact center provider Telvista for just over six years, where she leads a team that develops the company’s social media monitoring and engagement strategy.
A graduate of Marketing at the Washington University in St. Louis, Kymberlaine single–handedly took Telvista from having no social media presence to being rated among the top three providers in less than two years, tying first place with Teleperformance, according to an Ovum study in 2014.
As well as running her own freelance corporate communications service, Kymberlaine is Vice Chair on the board of trustees for the Lone Star Wind Orchestra.
