Faces in the Crowd – Marianela “Nela” Rojas Guillen

Marianela “Nela” Rojas Guillen is VP of Web Technologies Practice & Education at Growth Acceleration Partners’ (GAP) in Costa Rica, where she contributes to the company’s strategy as part of the Latam management team.
Nela was one of the first to join GAP in January 2008, starting as a web developer and progressing to different positions through sheer effort and commitment.
“There is never a dull moment in this rapidly evolving world of software development,” she said. “You never get bored and you have a lifetime of continuous growth opportunities.”
Nela loves reading science fiction novels and witnessing her two daughters take in the exciting world around them.
