Faces in the Crowd: Paola García

Paola García is Vice President of Investment at ProColombia, the investment promotion agency tasked with positioning Colombia as a good place to do business. And business in Colombia is booming — partly because of government commitment to grow investment. García recently told El Comercio that “Colombia is the Latin American country with the most free zones in the region.”

García has lived and worked in Spain, having spent more than 10 years there in roles in Madrid and Seville, before returning to Colombia in 2013. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the IE Business School. She took on the role of Vice President of Investment in November 2017.
