Matt KendallRoberto Martinez is CEO of Nearsoft, a nearshore software development firm with over 250 people, and offices in Mexico, San Jose, and Las Vegas.
A graduate of Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), Roberto has been a leader in several startups in the outsourcing space, starting his first outsourcing business while attending college. He is also an angel investor on consumer startups.
At the beginning of his career, Roberto had technical roles with companies like Cemex and Ford, as well as leading software solutions for Otis, Walbro Engine Management, CMax, and Pepsi among others.
