Matt KendallWith more than two decades of corporate leadership and management experience, Sudhir Agarwal, Chief Experience Leader at C3, has deep expertise in operations, migrations, client management, business development and corporate mergers.
Sudhir also serves as CEO and founder of C3’s parent company, Everise, and is regularly engaged with the American Nearshore market through the company’s contact center operation and Nearshore delivery hub in Guatemala City.
Prior to forming Sunrise, Sudhir was a founding member of Aegis, which he helped grow from a five-employee operation into a global BPO. He also led 20 M&A deals globally, and held multiple leadership roles at Genpact.
Sudhir studied commerce at Delhi University and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK.
