Argentina’s best known software studio Globant last month celebrated its ten-year anniversary of working with US tech giant Google. The party was held at Google’s headquarters and took place around the same time as Globant acquired London-based innovative digital services firm WAE.
Globant’s co-founder Martin Umaran told us in a recent interview that the company intends to add 5,000 employees over the next five years. Meanwhile, Google plans to launch a high-speed internet service center in Cuba, and has invested more than $200 million into an engineering center in the Brazilian city of Belo Horizonte, so it seems both companies have plenty to celebrate. Congratulations to you both!
