Nearshore HR Outsourcer Scores Bristol-Myers Squibb Business

NGA Human Resources has landed a contract with biopharmaceutical firm Bristol-Myers Squibb to provide HR and payroll management services for its employees in North America and Puerto Rico.

The Jacksonville, Fl.-based BPO provider stated that it would put to use its payroll exchange platform that addresses the complexities associated with connecting networks, data formats, security protocols, and routing options.

With service centers across the globe, NGA provides HR and payroll services in more than 100 countries and in more than 25 languages. Formerly known as NorthgateArinso, NGA has delivery centers in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.

“Their selection underscores confidence in NGA’s unparalleled combination of HR expertise, advanced technology platforms, and strong portfolio of HR delivery options,” said Adel Al-Saleh, CEO of NGA Human Resources.

Payroll and workforce administration has remained central to NGA’s growth in global customer relationships. NGA, whose clients include AstraZenea and Cadbury, says payroll administration includes recruiting, training, payroll services, and HR software.

Most of NGA’s BPO capabilities are based around SAP and Oracle, but recently it seems to be leaning more on cloud technology. Workday and SuccessFactors are its major platforms for HR outsourcing.
