São Paulo — IBM announced today the appointment of Elly Keinan as the new General Manager of IBM Latin America. In his new position, he will be responsible for leading the company’s strategy, business growth and development of talent in 20 countries that comprise IBM Latin America, from Mexico to Argentina.
