Matt KendallUS BPO provider KM2 Solutions is celebrating its tenth anniversary on the island of Barbados, where the company has been providing technical support, customer service, B2B sales, automotive logistics, loan originations, and a variety of tailored back office solutions.
“KM2 has grown in size to nearly 1,000 agents and has been providing employment to the Barbadian workforce since 2007. These opportunities help support its employees and their families,” said Linda S. Taglialatela, U.S. Ambassador to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean in a press release.
The company’s Barbados office was the second facility to emerge during the company’s growth, and it now has offices in St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia.
