Nearshore BPO provider KM2 Solutions built another delivery center in Grenada, boosting infrastructure to double its workforce almost 13 years after it first set foot on the Caribbean island.
The new facility in the country’s capital St. George is a short distance from Grenada International Airport and will be operational sometime in May this year, stated the call center firm in a press release.
KM2 Solutions installed its first contact center in 2010 on an 18,000-square-foot facility in Grenville, Grenada’s second biggest city, employing roughly 500 people.

This new 28,000-square-foot addition in St. George’s will double the company’s workforce adding another 500 people to the payroll.
“Our new facility will allow us to better serve our customers and provide new career opportunities for the people of Grenada,” stated David Kreiss, President and CEO of KM2 Solutions.
Among the services KM2 Solutions provides include technical support, customer service, B2B sales, automotive logistics, loan originations and a variety of tailored back office solutions.
The BPO claimed its Grenada staff is not only talented and familiar with American culture, but they stay with the company for a long period, helping to save a lot of money in HR management.
Although currently headquartered in the US, KM2 Solutions was founded in Saint Lucia. One of the pioneers of nearshore services, the BPO later expanded to the Dominican Republic, Barbados, Grenada, Colombia and Honduras.
