Faces in the Crowd – Lidia Carias de Granadino

Lidia Carias de Granadino is Senior Client Services Manager for Convergys in El Salvador, where she has been working for almost 12 years.
Lidia’s responsibilities include the strengthening and development of client relationships, ensuring the operation meets the terms of the contract, and meeting overall client requirements, as well as developing her team.
“Change is the only constant in this industry, forcing us to stay up to date with the latest practices in continuous learning,” she said.
As a woman, Lidia sees her challenge as setting the path for others that follow, sharing how it’s possible to be a wife, a mom, and a leader at a company like Convergys.
Outside of work, Lidia enjoys quality time with her family and checking off bucket list locations on her vacations.
