MAS Global Consulting Doubles Up in Medellin

MAS Global Consulting has doubled its team in Medellin, Colombia, taking its development staff from 24 to 50 people.

The company plans to triple its revenue by the end of 2020, continuing to grow the team in Medellin, according to Monica Hernandez, the company’s Founder and CEO.

“We have already started a team in Bogota and are expanding efforts to other Latin America countries,” she revealed. “We will likely have a staff of 200 by the end of 2020, with Medellin, Colombia being a key success factor for that growth.”

Medellin, according to Hernandez, lends itself to the open exchange of ideas and close collaboration. “The geographical location has also helped strengthen the bonds that are so important to create top performing teams,” she said.
