Nexus 2023: The State of Generative AI in Nearshore Services

The mad race to capitalize on the potential of generative AI has been going on for months. In the Nearshore, service providers have been experimenting with the technology’s capabilities to provide value to their customers as well as to improve their own internal processes.

At Nexus 2023, NSAM had the honor of hosting a “mega panel” of experts who shared some of the applications that their organizations have found for generative AI, as well as their thoughts on where the power of the technology truly lies.
