Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm Cielo has expanded to Latin American with the launch of a delivery center in Argentinean capital Buenos Aires.
From the Buenos Aires office, company’s recruitment teams will attract, source, and hire talent for clients in Latin America. Until now, Cielo has supported its Latin American clients through teams based in the United States or the United Kingdom as well as through teams onsite at client locations in the region.
Cielo is a recruitment process outsourcer. That means it becomes the customer’s corporate recruiting department, providing the people, the process and the technology, and operating under the customer’s brand to recruit and manage employees.
With the launch of its own delivery center, Cielo will now be able to offer more specialized services across 20 countries in the region through a team that speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
“Our initial focus is on expanding into the region with our existing multi-regional clients, who are accustomed to their dedicated Cielo recruitment teams hiring an unfair share of the best available talent in their North America, EMEA, and APAC regions,” said Christian Scandella, senior vice president of Latin America operations at Cielo. “The Buenos Aires delivery center allows us to provide the same level of quality service in Latin America as well.”
Founded in 2005, Cielo boasts 1,300 employees and more than $100 million of annual revenue. In the United States, the company has 515 employees, with the rest spread across seven other global hubs, including London, Dubai, Singapore, and Budapest. It does business in 68 countries.
Formerly known as Pinstripe, Cielo gained considerable ground in 2013 when it merged with UK-based Ochre House, which had previously been a partner.
Most of its clients are in the financial and business services, consumer brands, technology, life sciences and healthcare industries.
