With Thanksgiving celebrations kicking off tomorrow, many Latinos in the United States are likely to participate as it gives a great reason to get the family together.
With that in mind, here’s an awesome turkey stuffing recipe with a Latin American twist.
Fry 1 pack of bacon, add 2lbs of ground beef and pork. Once they look like they’re almost ready, mix in 1/2 a chopped onion and 1/2 cup of white wine. Mix everything well until the wine dries out. Add 1 cup of chopped walnuts and 1/2 a cup of sliced almonds, 1 can of olives, 1 jar of capers, and 1 cup of raisins and mix well. Lastly, add 1 can of tomato paste. Stir for five minutes and it’s ready to go inside the turkey. Provecho, and happy Thanksgiving!
