Mplus, the European customer experience services group, has acquired Eastern Europe–based BPO provider Valoris, expanding its footprint across key EU markets.
Founded in 2006, Valoris has built a strong presence in Romania and delivers customer experience services to clients worldwide, including in the Americas. The company employs about 550 people and generates an estimated $7.9 million in annual revenue.
Mplus said the takeover will deepen its presence in strategic EU geographies and streamline multi-channel service delivery. The two firms already collaborate on several joint-delivery projects, which will now be consolidated under a single organizational structure.
Mplus is part of Bosqar Invest, a European business conglomerate. The group provides CX services in 32 languages, employs more than 11,500 agents, and reports annual revenues of about $264 million.
This marks Mplus’ second recent deal, following its purchase of a 96 percent stake in Conectart. Conectart, headquartered in the Czech Republic, operates at 22 locations across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. The company employs around 1,200 people and recorded $26 million in revenue in 2024.
