Cognizant Expands AI Infrastructure With Astreya Deal

Cognizant Technology Solutions has signed a definitive agreement to acquire San Jose-based Astreya, an IT managed services firm specializing in AI infrastructure and data center operations.

While Cognizant did not officially disclose the transaction terms, Reuters reported the deal values the acquisition at approximately $600 million. The move marks Cognizant's latest M&A play, following its recent buyouts of 3Cloud and Belcan.
