Six Colombian startups have entered the 2026 edition of Endeavor’s Outliers ranking, placing them among the top 10% of high-performing companies in its global portfolio.
The list includes Addi, Bold, Erco Energy, Habi, Rappi, and Siigo. Xertica, a Colombian-Peruvian firm, is listed under Peru.
Entry into this group demands sustained growth over at least three years, often under volatile economic conditions.
Of the 238 companies selected globally, more than 80% operate outside their home markets, and nearly half have a multi-regional presence. About half generate annual revenues above $100 million.
Latin America’s cohort has raised a combined $20.2 billion, producing 22 unicorns and four publicly traded firms, including MercadoLibre and Globant. Brazil leads regional representation, followed by Mexico and Argentina, with fintech accounting for over 40% of the cohort.
“Entrepreneurs don’t wait for stability — they build through uncertainty,” said Linda Rottenberg.
Reports suggest that the selected companies may also join initiatives such as AI in Practice and Paths to Liquidity, aimed at scaling with discipline and preparing for IPOs or M&A.
