Announcing the Premiere of the Executive Video Forum!

Friends and Colleagues: We’re very excited to launch a new feature at Nearshore Americas today called the Executive Video Forum – a video roundtable program that gets to the heart what’s really going on within the nations that make up the Nearshore sourcing community.

Our first executive forum was filmed recently in Guatemala City – a city that is rapidly becoming a key BPO hub in Central America. One of the most interesting issues that our panel addressed was how Guatemala plans to “learn from past mistakes” in countries like India and the Philippines in managing growth and competition for talent.
