Canadian firm Volaris Group has acquired Brazilian software developer Useall Software, signalling its intent to tap into the surging demand for digital transformation services in Latin America’s largest economy.
Headquartered in Joinville and founded more than 25 years ago, Useall Software ranks among Brazil’s leading enterprise software providers. The company serves over 1,000 clients and 5,000 users across 18 states. Its solutions are widely used by electricity companies nationwide and adopted by manufacturers for quality control processes.
Analysts note that the deal is consistent with Volaris’s strategy of broadening its service portfolio and deepening its reach in emerging markets. Despite the acquisition, Useall will continue to operate independently, local media reported.
By integrating Useall’s management platforms, Volaris expects to generate synergies that enhance product capabilities, improve customer experience, and boost operational efficiency across its existing portfolio.
The transaction follows a string of recent Volaris acquisitions. These include 4Site, an enterprise asset management platform serving the mining and energy sectors, and Britehouse Automotive, which expanded its footprint in automotive software.
Last year, Volaris also acquired Brazil-based IDS, a public management software provider with a strong presence in healthcare and education.
