Faces in the Crowd – Veronica Richards

Born in Mexico City and now based in Hamilton, Ontario, Veronica Richards is the founder, COO, and VP of WW Calls, a Mexican contact center provider also operating in Canada.

Along with running WW Calls since it was founded in 1995, Veronica has worked on numerous projects to promote the growth of Canadian investments into Mexico, as well as working on similar projects with Colombia, Chile, and Peru, in collaboration with the Hamilton and Toronto Economic Development Agencies.

Veronica has also done volunteer work as a call center manager at the Alzheimer’s Foundation in Mexico and holds a degree in marketing from Tec de Monterrey (ITESM).
