Mumbai-based IT and BPO services firm Hexaware has opened a new delivery center in Chicago, aiming to strengthen its foothold in the U.S. Midwest.
The company says the new office will allow it to offer more personalized IT services to clients across healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and other sectors.
The expansion aligns with Hexaware’s strategic focus on high-growth U.S. markets. In a recent earnings update, the firm reported an 18.3% year-on-year increase in U.S. revenue, even as income from Europe and Asia declined. The move to Chicago is also expected to deepen the company’s engagement with the travel and transportation sector — a segment that delivered a strong 22.5% growth in Q1 2025.
Hexaware reported Q1 2025 revenues of $371.5 million, a 12.4% increase from the previous year. Over the past five years, it has clocked a compound annual growth rate of 17.6%, outperforming industry averages.
The company said the new center places it closer to a growing client base and positions it to lead digital transformation initiatives, particularly in AI and innovation. Hexaware plans to hire 250 professionals at the Chicago facility over the next five years.
