American BPO provider KM2 Solutions is expanding its operations in the Dominican Republic by adding 200 more employees to its delivery center in Santo Domingo.
The company already employs 350 people in the country where it established operations three years ago.
Located in the University Free Trade Zone in Santo Domingo, KM2’s delivery center provides wide-ranging back office and support services, including loan processing, pre-funding, originations, verifications, welcome calls, and first-party collections.
The New York City-based firm has started hiring people for customer service, as well as leadership and administrative roles. Every new employee is likely to undergo training to learn how to provide customer care services through voice, chat, and email.
“We at KM2 are looking forward to furthering our contributions to the community by providing exceptional jobs and opportunities to the people in the Dominican Republic,” said Lisa Murphy, Site Director for the Dominican Republic at KM2.
“In return, Santo Domingo will provide KM2 and our clients with valuable quality, experience, and unrivaled work for years to come.”
The Dominican Republic is one of four Caribbean countries where KM2 operates, the others being Barbados, St. Lucia, and Grenada. The company’s biggest bilingual call center is in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
