Neoris, a global IT consulting, systems integration and outsourcing company, today announced the addition of four new hires to its sales and leadership team including Art Fino, Ray Russ, Tom Taylor and Magnus Borg. The executives will fill newly created posts and be responsible for developing and growing the company’s SAP practice and its consulting and outsourcing business in the U.S.

Art Fino joins Neoris as Vice President and Leader of the National SAP Practice. Fino brings more than 25 years of experience in information technology with a background across industries managing large scale SAP and outsourcing implementations. Fino previously was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Dean Foods Company and CIO of Dr Pepper/Seven Up. He has served in senior information technology roles at Cadbury Schweppes, Mott’s, Konica Business Machines, Continental Baking Co. and Pitney Bowes. Based in Dallas, Fino has also held leadership roles as a member of the Grocery Manufacturers of America and currently serves on the Finance Committee of the United Way of Dallas.
Ray Russ joins Neoris as Vice President and brings over 15 years of experience in the enterprise software business with a focus on SAP solutions across maintenance, production, customer service, and logistics business functions. Russ previously was Vice President of the SAP Center of Excellence for a Midwest-based professional services firm and Director of the SAP CRM Practice for a global professional services firm. Russ is based in Chicago.
Tom Taylor joins Neoris as Vice President and brings 24 years of experience in defining and selling complex systems integration projects, application outsourcing contracts and management consulting engagements. Tom previously was a Partner and Practice Manager in the Consulting Group of Computer Sciences Corporation and an Associate Partner at Accenture. His former clients include Mars, Philip Morris USA and Ocean Spray. He has experience in such areas as ERP implementations, IT strategy/shared services, supply chain management and offshore development and support. Taylor is based in New Jersey.
Magnus Borg joins Neoris as Vice President and brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including extensive experience counseling IT organizations on how to maximize their IT investments. Magnus’ rare combination of executive roles in business functions and Information Technology has proven to be a successful skill set in organizations when disparities exist.
His diverse business knowledge has enabled him to grasp business operations across numerous companies and develop new revenue streams, business growth and ROI business result. Borg previously was Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at Safety-Kleen, Inc. and served as CIO for North and South America at Ericsson, Inc., and as CIO for Svensk Bilprovning. He also held executive leadership positions at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB), a global bank with headquarters in Sweden. Based in Dallas, Borg serves on the advisory boards for Verizon, Dell, and Southern Methodist University.
