MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Welch Allyn, a leading global manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment, selected Neoris for the roll-out of their SAP Global Blueprint of Processes for their operations in Latin America. Commonly referred to as The SAP Global Template, it includes the definition of all the company’s business processes as well as global SAP and industry best practices.
“With the Global Template, Welch Allyn will be able to have a single strategy to optimize the alignment of their business processes and IT systems,” said Doug Gattuso, president, Neoris USA. “This in turn will allow our client to increase its market penetration, achieve higher margins and accelerate its growth in the region.”
The SAP Global Template can support multiple solution requirements and meet the constraints of a variety of sites in one or multiple countries. The template includes the definition of the prerequisites, business scenarios, configuration, master data, test cases, parameters, interfaces and standards of the business.
“Implementing The SAP Global Template across the Welch Allyn Latin America business will provide us with the opportunity to simplify business operations and streamline our supply chain,” said Louise McDonald, executive vice president and president, International, at Welch Allyn. “It also allows us to collect transactional data in real time to better serve our customers.”
“Neoris was selected as strategic integration partner because they had specific regional knowledge in Latin America combined with deep technical knowledge of SAP,” said Eric Hunt, vice president and CIO at Welch Allyn. “They were an excellent partner for this large and complex project.”
Welch Allyn operates on a single instance of SAP ECC 6.0.
