Nexus 2023 Slideshow: Nearshore Transformation Hits New Highs

“For AI, we’re all in from day one, baby. That’s what’s different; it’s an equalizer.” Such were the words of Richie Etwaru, CEO and Founder of spatial AI firm Mobeus, who kick-started Nexus 2023’s conference cycle with a keynote speech which set the tone for a series of high-caliber panels and presentations.

“For the markets that don’t have big infrastructure already in place, you have a leapfrog opportunity,” Richie continued, addressing an attentive audiences within a packed conference room in the W Hotel in Hoboken, New Jersey.  “For the type of industry you guys and gals are in, where skill matters […] this is the moment to start to reskill.”

Representatives, observers and enthusiasts of the Nearshore services industry gathered for another Nexus conference to discuss the state of the industry and the pathways it could explore in the near future.

Held in Hoboken, New Jersey, overlooking the Hudson and with a breathtaking view of the NYC skyline, Nexus 2023 provided attendees with the opportunity to meet each other in person, strike new business relationships and participate in the most relevant discussions for the industry.

From the uses and benefits of AI, rule of law in the Nearshore, the results of remote working models and the importance of engaging with local communities, Nexus 2023 attendees were treated to a wealth of engaging people and ideas.

Though Nexus 2023 is behind us now, there’s no doubt that the ideas discussed and the relationships built during the event will have an impact on the development not only of the Nearshoring industry, but of business in the Americas.
