MIAMI — Nearshoring executives from across the globe converged Wednesday evening on Miami to welcome Nexus to its new location, which Nearshore Americas Founder and Chief Analyst Kirk Laughlin said is a natural place to discuss business opportunities between the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean.
Laughlin launched Nexus as a premier conference for technology services from its home base in New Jersey in 2011.
Among attendees at the event were AS/COA Vice President Eric Farnsworth, who will be delivering a keynote speech to open the conference’s slate of speakers Thursday morning. Pentafon, a contact center and customer experience service provider, sponsored the evening.
