Sequential Tech Expands to El Salvador

US BPO firm Sequential Tech expanded its operations to El Salvador, opening a contact center in  Zona Franca Industrial Las Pavas, in San Salvador.

The country’s Economy Ministry claims that Sequential will generate 70 direct jobs. The Ministry made no mention of plans from Sequential to increase local headcount in the near future.

The news comes almost six months after the American Chamber of Commerce of El Salvador (Amcham) claimed that the call center industry had generated nearly 80,000 jobs in El Salvador between 2020 and 2022.

Pennsylvania-based Sequential Tech provides various BPO services, including customer service and technical support. Most of its customers are telecom firms.
