The news comes almost six months after the American Chamber of Commerce of El Salvador (Amcham) claimed that the call center industry had generated nearly 80,000 jobs in El Salvador between 2020 and 2022.
Pennsylvania-based Sequential Tech provides various BPO services, including customer service and technical support. Most of its customers are telecom firms.
Founded in 2016, Sequential has over 4,000 employees worldwide, with a large majority working out of India and the Philippines, where the company runs three delivery centers.
