Ukrainian IT company Trinetix expanded its operations to Argentina.
Trinetix plans to hire around 200 people in Buenos Aires, according to a report from local outlet iProfessional. The company is reportedly seeking for software developers and testers specifically. All positions are expected to be filled by the end of the year.
“[Argentina’s] culture, talent potential and collaboration opportunities make it the ideal place to develop new ideas,” remarked Trinetix CEO Sasha Strozhemin.
According to the company’s HR director, Trinetix has already hired more than 100 employees to kickstart the expansion. The company is projected to grow threefold over the next three years.
Founded in 2011, Trinetix enables approximately US$4 billion annually for its client, which include Coca-Cola, P&G, ExxonMobil and McDonald’s.
Trinetix’s Argentinian office is located in the Retiro neighborhood, in downtown Buenos Aires. The company aims to replicate the success of its domestic peer, Peopleforce, which established itself in Argentina in February 2023 shortly after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Today, Peopleforce reportedly serves more than 50 clients in Latin America.
Until a few years ago, Trinetix was headquartered in Ukrainian capital Kyiv. Today, its corporate office is operated out of Nashville, Tennessee. The company also runs a delivery center in Poland.
