US IT Firm Integrātz Launches Operations in Chile

Dallas-based IT consulting firm Integrātz has expanded its presence in Latin America by launching a delivery center in Viña del Mar, Chile.

The company has not disclosed how many people it plans to hire in Chile, nor has it specified the size of its investment in the country.

In a statement, Integrātz described Chile as an ideal springboard for organizations looking to scale.

“Opening our office in Chile is a strategic milestone for Integrātz and a meaningful opportunity to deepen our connection with Latin America,” said Josh Burnley, CEO of Integrātz, adding that the company has its roots in the region.

The US-based firm observed that many businesses across Latin America remain hampered by outdated systems, slow processes, and operational silos that hinder efficiency.

Integrātz’s proprietary platform, the ‘FLOW Engineering Work Methodology,’ is designed to eliminate these inefficiencies and prepare organizations for the era of Agentic AI — where digital systems don’t just analyze data but take action.

Highlighting its impact, Integrātz cited a client case where processes that once took four months of manual effort and downtime were replaced with same-day, zero-impact deployments, quietly executed by automation agents in the background. The company claimed this transformation unlocked $8.3 million in annual value for the client.
