Webinar on FAO Offers Update for Caribbean and Global Destinations

Nearshore Americas is organizing a webinar to shine a light on the fast-changing finance and accounting outsourcing (FAO) industry in this age of automation and artificial intelligence, offering an update for the Caribbean and global destinations.

The webinar will take place on April 16th, 2 PM EDT- registration is now open.

F&A service is no longer limited to helping businesses comply with regulations. Equipped with intelligent tools, services providers are enabling organizations to get a more in-depth insight into their revenue generation, expenses, and cash flow.

Recessions, changing regulations, and the rise of new technologies have all prompted CEOs to turn to F&A providers for the navigation needed to survive.

The webinar will discuss the impacts of new technologies, such as AI, data analytics, cloud services, and blockchain, in the Caribbean and global context.

Key speakers at the event include Dev Ramnarine, Partner, CPA By Choice, and Craig McCrakin, Vice President at Conduent.

Ramnarine has deep experience in all areas of the F&A industry, from accounting to auditing, and from technology to business consulting. Craig is a leader of the Finance, Accounting, and Procurement Services (FAPS) business at Conduent, the provider of a vital service in the nearshore region.

Tessa Jacques, President, Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA), is also participating in the event to explain how the Caribbean is preparing to deliver the service.
