London-based Smart Cube, which employs more than 800 data analysts, describes itself as an expert in the use of AI in procurement services.
Smart Cube, founded in 2003, provides services in four key areas: digital and analytics, procurement and supply chain, commercial sales and marketing, and strategy and investment research.
Although Smart Cube is headquartered in the UK, the vast majority of its employees work from the company’s other offices in Noida (India), Timisoara (Romania), Switzerland and Chicago (USA).
Based in Warsaw, Poland, OptiBuy helps customers leverage the capabilities of third-party procurement and supply chain platforms such as Jaggaer and Ivalua.
WNS, which runs 60 delivery centers across the world, including Costa Rica, said OptiBuy’s solution complements its own supply chain operations technology solutions such as Coupa and Ariba.
OptiBuy has only 90 employees and most of its customers are located in the Middle East and Africa.
WNS CEO Keshav Murugesh said that Smart Cube and OptiBuy will strengthen the company’s previous acquisitions of Triange (analytics) and Denali (procurement).
