Spanish hotel chain H10 will open its first Jamaica hotel in Falmouth, in the increasingly popular Trelawny parish, east of Montego Bay. The 1,000-room project has already broken ground on the first 500 rooms of the Ocean Coral Spring Hotel.
H10 already has a significant presence in the Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Mexico, but this is its first-event Jamaican investment. The Ocean Coral Spring Hotel project, valued at over $250 million, is part of a larger development boost taking place across the Trelawny parish, the corridor between Rio Bueno and Falmouth. More than 6,000 new hotel rooms are in the pipeline in the area.
