BPO provider iQor has acquired Nashville-based JumpCrew, marking its shift from a pure customer experience CX outsourcer to a full customer lifecycle partner.
The deal brings outsourced B2B sales and marketing into iQor’s CX portfolio. JumpCrew’s AdPost platform and Growth as a Service tools integrate with iQor’s analytics, creating a unified, data-rich ecosystem that monitors the customer journey in real time.
The merger establishes an end-to-end offering — from lead generation and sales to service delivery and retention — all connected by iQor’s analytics and global delivery network. For businesses, that means fewer vendors to manage and faster time to market.
JumpCrew has scaled rapidly, growing from a two-person startup to a 300-plus employee team in under four years. The company says its integrated solutions have generated over $1 billion in new revenue for partners.
Its roster includes major brands such as X (formerly Twitter), Experian, Alibaba, Airbnb, Zillow, Feathr, and the American Cancer Society.
CEO Chris Crowley said the acquisition will help brands expand, keep customers longer, and operate more efficiently. JumpCrew will retain its brand and leadership under CEO Robert Henderson, operating as part of iQor’s expanded CXBPO business.
