Alorica Launches Global Women’s Initiative

Global BPO provider Alorica has launched a new Global Women’s Initiative in order to enhance possibilities for the company’s current and future leaders.

“The Women’s Initiative is a catalyst for creating a strong culture of diversity and empowerment at Alorica and the industries we serve,” said Tania King, Chief Employee Experience and Legal Officer at Alorica. “I’m thrilled to be a part of leading a program that will help our employees maximize their overall potential through the support of our entire organization.”

Over time, the program will include a series of key speakers, a mentorship program, and networking events, designed to enable participants to develop leadership skills, share experiences, and connect with one another.
