The Tel Aviv office will position it to source from local companies for expertise in new technologies, including artificial intelligence, the Buenos Aires-based company said.
The company is aiming to develop AI technology solutions by using publicly available data and social media, in addition to text analytics platforms and computer vision applications that optimize IoT devices in a wide array of industrial settings.
Having launched Navigate, an AI-powered platform designed for data-centric companies, Grupo Assa is now focused on building a subscription-based consulting platform.
Paulo E. Brugugnoli, the company’s chief technology officer said: “We are very committed to the idea of bringing and scaling cutting-edge Israeli entrepreneurship and innovation into our markets in the Americas and Europe.”
Grupo Assa employs 1,300 consultants and developers in 10 offices across the US, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina.
To explore the Israeli market, the tech firm has partnered with IdealityRoads, a consultant that bridges relationship between foreign firms and Israeli startups.
“We are honored to become a part of the Grupo Assa global footprint, and we believe the opportunity to deploy Israeli-technology into the Americas will strengthen the company’s competitive value proposition and financial results,” Oren Gershtein, founder and CEO of IdealityRoads, said.
