Bill Gosling Outsourcing (BGO), a Canada-based business process outsourcing (BPO) company, has expanded its presence in Trinidad and Tobago by opening a new office at Legacy Centre in Trincity.
BGO, which began operations in Port of Spain in 2022, said the new facility will employ nearly 200 people, with plans to expand its workforce as the business grows.
Speaking at the grand opening ceremony, BGO Senior Vice President of Operations Natasha Singh said the company chose Trinidad and Tobago because of its talented workforce.
Sekou Alleyne, CEO of Global Trinidad and Tobago, the country’s investment promotion agency, said BGO’s expansion underscores Trinidad and Tobago’s strengths as an outsourcing destination, citing its skilled and cost-effective workforce, strong English-language proficiency, reliable telecommunications infrastructure, and strategic location that enables service delivery across multiple time zones.
“The opening of this facility demonstrates what can be achieved when private-sector ambition, public-sector support, and local talent come together around a shared vision for growth,” Alleyne said.
Trinidad’s capital city, Port of Spain, was ranked fifth among the top 10 BPO destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean in the 2024 Nearshore Value Index.
