Brazil’s AeC Offers 400 Call Center Jobs for Inexperienced Workers

Brazilian contact center firm AeC opened more than 400 jobs exclusively for fresh graduates and inexperienced workers in Montes Claros, a city in the state of Minas Gerais.

Headquartered in Belo Horizonte, AeC says it is looking for candidates who are over 18 years old, have completed high school and have basic computer skills.

The company is offering market-competitive remuneration and benefits, such as a health and dental plan.

All 400 job positions will be on site, though. AeC argues that it is important for new employees to be able to learn the skills of the job from their seniors in person.

The employees will have reduced working hours to spend their spare time on learning.
