Global banking giant Citi is celebrating its tenth year in La Ribera de Belén, Costa Rica, where it has been providing services to its other offices worldwide.
“Ten years ago, we started with 25 employees and an investment of US$500,000. The growth over these years has been exponential,” said Morella Ramírez, Manager of the Citi Shared Service Center in Costa Rica.
In March, the company will also be recruiting bilingual English-Spanish professionals, as well as some people with Portuguese proficiency, for roles in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Technology, Audit and Risk Management, Compliance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, among others.
