U.S. business services company Concentrix has signed a deal for its third facility in Nicaragua, according to a Tweet by the company’s President, Chris Caldwell, last month.
The new building is located in Managua, the same place as it’s last delivery center, which was opened in March last year with seats for about 500 employees and at the cost of $3 million.
Founded about 15 years ago, Concentrix employs more than 70,000 people in 25 countries, providing back-office service in as many as 40 languages.
Elsewhere in Latin America, Concentrix has delivery centers in Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Uruguay.
