Recap: Businesses Must Help Develop Mexico’s Human Talent

Even after two years, the topic of human talent shortage in Mexico continues to resonate, but the advice from the past is still relevant today.

Speaking at FutureSource Summit in 2014, a panel of experts outlined the techniques they use to curb the effects of the talent crisis.

Eduardo Campos, CEO of ScreenIT, explained that someone in the organization or a third party to help is essential, while Manuel Lopez, Director of Global IT at Gowan Company, said that he adapts his organization based on the skills he finds.

All panelists agreed that tech companies need to work more closely with Mexican universities to ensure they produce human talent with the right skills.
