One of the most valuable takeaways of Sourcing Decisions 2018 was the high volume of practical and actionable advice on adopting automation for the enterprise.

In this morning panel, “Automating the Enterprise: What’s Working, What’s Not and Why?“, the speakers served up plenty of helpful tips, including how to measure customer experience, learning from mistakes in other sectors, and being prepared for ongoing technological changes.
