With over 25 years’ experience in IT and BPO services, Chris has helped organizations achieve significantly higher performance. He is also highly engaged with the customer experience and outsourcing industry and has been a frequent keynote speaker, panelist, and facilitator of thought leadership outsourcing panels globally.
